Contract with us

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.

2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

2.7 This contract is covered by English law.

Placing an order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

3.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

3.4 We use secure payment facilities and take payment via Paypal and Stripe Services . For full list of PayPal and Stripe legal agreements for all their services, please follow the link, respectively here.

3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

3.8 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

3.7 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.

Delivery & Carriage Charges

4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our office within 24 – 72 hours and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.

4.2 We will normally deliver goods within 1 – 3 working day of dispatch for Great Britain,  3 – 7 days for Europe. Unfortunately we don’t deliver at this time for the rest of the World as standard. We recommend you try and source products closer to home to reduce those air miles however if you’re not having much luck, please email contact@iorgreen.com if you would like international shipping and we can give you a bespoke price.

4.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery

4.4 We can deliver our products anywhere in mainland Great Britain. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands however we are able to deliver to a mainland courier company on your behalf for onward shipping.

4.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. We will not accept responsibility for loss, damage or any delay if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

4.6 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us within a reasonable time.

4.7 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

4.8 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the fault of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

Cancellation and returns

Our aim is complete customer satisfaction, however, should you be unhappy with any aspect of our service or products, or change your mind, please read our terms below:

5.1 If you change your mind In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 (CCR), you must contact us in writing within 14 working days of your receipt of the goods to request a refund if you change your mind. This can be by email or letter. A refund will be carried out by us within 14 days of us receiving items back safely. Please take care of the items and make sure that the item is returned in brand new, perfect, labelled condition. If you return all the items in a re-saleable order, we’ll refund the cost of the returned items only. Please see exceptions below.

5.2 If your product is faulty If you product is faulty, you can request a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You must contact us within reasonable time scale. We will need to assess the situation before agreeing on a course of action. This may mean we ask you to provide an accurate photo of the items, or return them to us. In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time scale), this will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We will refund any return delivery costs.

5.3 If a refund is agreed You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us, failure to do so is a breach of your statutory duty, and you may be charged recovery costs. Returns must be securely wrapped, preferable in the original packaging. It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are received by us. A refund will be carried out by us within 14 days of receiving them back safely. We also recommend returning by Royal Mail/other carrier special delivery as any damages or losses incurred during return may mean we are unable to refund you. Refund will include our basic postage cost of getting the goods to you in the first place. If enhanced service was chosen at during checkout, this extra cost will not be refunded. The refund process means money can only be refunded to the source originally used to pay. For credit card sales, this will be the exact card which was used. For Paypal customers, this will be refunded into the customer’s Paypal account (rather then the credit card used to pay through Paypal).

5.4 Exceptions Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, products that are intimate, sanitary ware, jewellery and products made to order. For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, IORGREEN Ltd may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer’s right to a full refund.

Payment Policy

6.1 We accept major debit and credit cards and payments through PayPal service. We will be accepting Google pay and Apple pay shortly.

6.3 Is the payment information secure? Yes, we take security very seriously. Your payment card information is collected on a secure HTTPS web page using SSL. We use credit card processing firms that are fully PCI-DSS compliant, which means they meet all industry standards for cardholder security. We never store your credit card number or your security code (CVV code). We only store a payment “token” (an order number generated by the processor), which allows us to charge your card automatically for auto-renewing subscriptions, or to look up your payment transaction without having your card details.

9.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
